How do I make a warranty claim?

Claiming warranty is easy and straightforward, precisely because few of our customers ever need it. When we fix something, we fix it for good. But in the off chance something happens, Contact Us and describe your issue: we’ll get back to you in no time.

Who provides Techys with replacement screens/parts and is the quality guaranteed?

Our replacement screens, as well as any other parts we use to fix your device, are supplied by original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and their quality and performance is guaranteed!

Our motto is never settle: we use nothing but the top quality parts available on the market and we stand by every repair we do. After all, we guarantee our parts and repair job. Our guarantee includes 3 months for all batteries, six months for iPhone models and one year for other models.
